I couldn't find the clip for this scene in the movie The Ugly Truth but here's what happened: Abby was in the restroom talking to her coworker about the man she was going on a date with later that night. Her coworker went on about how handsome he was and she asked Abby, "Don't you want symmetrical children?" This meant that with those symmetrical features, he's a healthy man who can produce healthy children with her.
